  • Follow up conversation on what current operations need to be shored up
  • Communication, scheduling, cover consults and taking time off - Terri is performer, Jen is customer, next 2 weeks
  • Ashley and Terri scope next meetings to get to focused Strategic Plan (2-3 page) which will be the north star for clinical programs, hiring, ed/research (Ashley performer, soon!)
  • Once scoped how many meetings needed, Ashley schedule all, by 3/18 (Jen is customer)
  • Jen and Terri meet to discuss next session 4, timing and best content (Terri customer, Jen performer)
  • Ashley and InspireCorps team schedule session 4 (Terri customer, Gabi/Ashley performers)
